Do You Want Bookmark Wedding Favors at Your Wedding?
Bookmark wedding favors are a perfect gift to give your guest. First, you may find a decorative bookmark made of leather, fabric, or one with a beaded tassel in the colors of your flowers. Secondly, you can use a paper bookmark, personalized with a motif, your names and wedding date on one side, and on the other side, you may note that you have made a donation to a charitable organization in your guests names. This way, you are giving your guests something tangible and useful and making a philanthropic gesture as well.
You can find card stock bookmarks that can be purchased in bulk or you may be able to purchase a bookmark template and create them yourself. This will be a huge money saver and still be a thoughtful, tasteful favor. Bookmarks are also a relatively easy do-it-yourself project, so you probably won’t feel overwhelmed. Even if you add stamping details, it is a project that you and your husband-to-be can do together.
Other bookmarks may be a metal or silver clip that you can purchase in the shape of your choice. You may choose a heart which is appropriate for a wedding for any season, a gold leaf for a fall wedding, or a silver snowflake for a winter wedding.
Obviously the more ornate the bookmark, the more costly it will be. A paper bookmark that you print yourself of purchase in bulk is going to less expensive than a heart shaped pewter or silver bookmark. If you are having an intimate reception with a small number of close friends and family, you may opt for the more expensive. But if you are having a large wedding, a paper bookmark with a ribbon tassel is still a great favor and will be greatly appreciated.
